- Billable expenses will appear on your Gustavus account; non-billable expenses will be your responsibility to pay out-of-pocket.
- If you do not already have a passport, please budget approximately $150 to apply for a passport.
- You may need immunizations in order to travel to your program sites. Immunization costs vary by health care provider and insurance coverage. Please consult your healthcare provider for more information.
- For elective supplemental course or housing fees (e.g. taking an extra course or choosing a more expensive housing option), please refer to the program provider website.
- Accommodation and filed trip fees are included in the program cost. Airfare, meals, transportation fees, daily expenses and overseas health insurance are NOT included.
