- Billable expenses will appear on your Gustavus account; non-billable expenses will be your responsibility to pay out-of-pocket.
- If you do not already have a passport, please budget approximately $150 to apply for a passport.
- You may need immunizations in order to travel to your program sites. Immunization costs vary by health care provider and insurance coverage. Please consult your healthcare provider for more information.
- For elective supplemental course or housing fees (e.g. taking an extra course or choosing a more expensive housing option), please refer to the program provider website.
- Program cost includes application fee,Individual attention from Washington Internship Institute staff to ensure an internship placement that meets your specified interests, Internship Seminar and Core Course, and Personal advising and internship support from Washington Internship Institute staff
- You will need to submit a non-refundable $500 registration deposit upon acceptance to the program. The registration deposit will be applied to your balance.
