Welcome to Terra Dotta, the study away program search engine, application, and data management system.
If you have any questions about this system or encounter any problems using the system, please contact the Center for International and Cultural Education (CICE) office at (507) 933-7545 or via email at studyaway@gustavus.edu.To search for a program, click on the word PROGRAMS above. From there you will be able to search and apply for any of the Gustavus-approved programs.
GUSTAVUS STUDENTS: When you are ready to apply, find your program, click on Apply Now, and then select the option that says, “I am a current or incoming Gustavus student, and I have a Gustavus username and password.” You will then be prompted to submit your regular Gustavus ID and password. Next, you will have to fill out some personal and parental information forms. After this, you will be taken to your application home page where you will find further instructions.
NON-Gustavus Students (students from other schools and incoming students who do not yet have a Gustavus online identity): You should find the program to which you want to apply and click on Apply Now. Choose the option that says, “I am a non-Gustavus student. I want to apply to a program, but I do not have login credentials to this site. Please help me sign up!” Fill out the information, and a log-in will be sent to the email you provide. Once you log back in, it should return you to your program page, then you need to resume your application. Whenever you return to the site, you will need to use the “Other User Login” option. You will need to print out, sign, and mail (or scan and email) to us the Signature Verification Form.
Everyone: Once you apply, you are required to check your email and visit your online profile page for updates and posting of documents. All application status notifications will be sent through this system and posted here.
